The NCLIS Final Report (June 1994) on Public Libraries and the Internet by
McCLure, Bertot and Zweigzig references the following work:
Moltz,K., Faculty Advisor. (1994). Civic networks in the United States. New
York: Columbia University, Graduate Program in Public Policy and
Administration (mimeograph).
Does anyone know if the latter document is available on the Internet? (I have
tried searching!) Alternatively - or additionally - could anyone recommend an
Internet-accessible overview of the history and evolution of the North
American Freenets and Community Networks?
Thanks in advance
