I have found the O'Reilly book _Managing UUCP and Usenet_ by Tim O'Reilly
and Grace Todino to be very helpful. It discusses Bnews and Cnews including
where to get source even if you can't ftp stuff.

There is a new news package available called INN by Richard Salz (sp?)
of OSF. I believe that it combines NNTP and the News software into
one package, thus making administration easier. I heard that one
administrator in California set his INN up incorrectly and caused
every article posted to the Usenet to be forwarded to the sun-managers
mailing list which is one reason why I'm not inclined to switch over to
INN right away.

Has anyone had better experiences with INN?
