I forgot to make the following request in my previous message: If
someone could send me (or tell me where to find) a sendmail.cf that
uses the angle-bracket stripping technique that can handle
arbitrary-depth nesting, I would greatly appreciate it. A couple of
people mentioned this during my talk.
