I have to get my two cents worth in.  We have about 250 machines,
counting workstations and servers, and Polaris does a great job 
servicing them, and they are a pleasure to deal with.  No beaurocracy.
You are immediately put in touch with an engineer, you discuss the 
problem, you schedule the visit, and you're done.
