We'll provide a preview of the Chicago Consumer Electronics Show, which
takes place the first week in June. It was at this show in May 1992 when
Apple announced Newton. We expect that there will be more to say at this
year's show.
We also hope to provide an update from Apple's World Wide Developers
Conference, which is taking place this week in San Jose, CA. According
to the schedule that I have, the Newton sessions take place on
Wednesday, which is the same day as our meeting.
(Anybody who is attending WWDC and is reading this message and would
like to give us a brief update on the proceedings there, please send me
e-mail.)
There will be the usual Q & A session, rumors, etc. on Newton and what
it all means.
