I was called by them, too. I was impressed that the questions were
open-ended ones, in addition to a series of 'rating' things, such as how
often I used my MessagePad, how often I used the various tools, how I liked
them, and so on. The woman I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in
my observations, and knew about the MessagePad, unlike the marketing firms
I've been called by before, where they were simply checking off numbers and
transcribing (painfully) whatever else I said.
