I think e-mail is the best of all choices; assuming that everyone
who wishes to be included in the circulation has an e-mail address.
It makes distribution easier ( and cheaper ) than paper or FAX _and_
if I, or anyone else, want to keep a paper copy, it can simply be
printed out. What could be simpler than that?
Of course those poor souls without e-mail will be relegated to the
paper only variety, either mailed or FAXed.
