Re: the "Unusual Side Effects of Clomipramine..."
The article you reference has apparently not yet appeared. However, there
are similar reports that have been published about fluoxetine (Prozac):
Klein DF "Repeated observations of yawning, clitoral engorgement, and
orgasm associated with fluoxetine administration" J Clin Psychopharmacol
1989 Oct;9(5):384 -- see also comment: J Clin Psychopharmacol 1989

Med 1991;21(4):379-82
Abstract: The purpose of this article to describe a unique potential
side effect of fluoxetine. A case report of a patient with post stroke
depression treated with fluoxetine is presented. Fluoxetine was
associated temporally with frequent short episodes of sexual excitement
described by the patient as feeling like an orgasm. The relationship
was dose dependent. Serotonergic medications, like fluoxetine, may
induce sexual stimulation as a side effect. The mechanism for this
effect is unclear but patients with organic brain disease may be at
higher risk for this complication.

as a side effect of fluoxetine: a case report." Acta Psychiatr Scand

This also has been known to happen with other psychoactive drugs:
Anderson-Hunt M; Dennerstein L; "Increased female sexual response after
oxytocin" BMJ 1994 Oct 8;309(6959):929 -- also see comment in: BMJ 1994

case reports of a possible side effect to the use of fenfluramine in
the treatment of bulimia." J Clin Psychopharmacol 1990 Feb;10(1):69-71
However, before you go trying to do this at home, note well that the vast
majority of sexual side effects of anti-depressant drugs are to decrease
sexual function and the ability to reach orgasm....
