the *swoosh* of skate blades cutting ice, building up to the slight *poing*
with which they briefly leave the ice, followed by the *whomp* of well-
padded gluteal muscles hitting the ice.
husky but shrill female voice: "FUCK!!!"
now another fricative noise, the unmistakable sound of a Zippo lighter.
The skates start again, but in a leisurely rhythm, cutting three laps of the
rink before pulling up to the microphone, slowing, and stopping.
A cigarette butt hits the ice, dimly illuminating the silhouette of the
pudgy young woman as she picks up the phone and dials.
Three rings from a cheap-sounding GTE switch.
Unidentifiable voice reminiscent of Charlie Brown's teacher answers on
the remote end: "Wewwo?"
young woman: "Just DO IT."
Fade to Nike logo on black screen.
