Hey Andrew,
I think the Ebonics Quiz piece is pretty offensive. The word play
isn't necessarily; there have been plenty of ebonics/geekonics/etc.
word play pieces going around, focusing on creative slang.
It's the content that's bad, esp. the Leroy intro, reinforcing the
idea that Ebonics-speaking Blacks are all whores, criminals, and
stupid.
I hope you'll raise your standards. Remember that by spreading these
attitudes, esp. as the "moderator" (a position of quasi-authority),
you are personally promoting them.
