I've sent a few email messages to Scott Adams, the creator of the
"Dilbert" cartoon series about getting his corporate life and
computer-related cartoons into a collection/book. If you haven't seen
Dilbert before, it's a must-read for anyone in corporate america,
especially if you do computer stuff for a living.
Scott sez he's interested in releasing a collection based on the
corporate life slams and computer stuff, but his publisher doesn't
think there's a market for such a 'specialty' book. (I think his
publisher may be the alter ego of the "boss" character in his cartoon
strip part-time ;-)
If you'd like to be able to get a softbound collection of the most
hilarious slams on corporate life topics like: the boss-slave
relationship, the "bosses' brain", dating computer nerds, Eunuchs vs
UNIX programmers, business clothing, technical training, seminars for
stupid people, buzzword bingo, etc; send a email note to Scott via
ScottAdams@aol.com
He'll print them off and fax tehm to his publisher.
Vote early and often!
