Is HAVE_KERNEL_VFS_GETNEWFSID and HAVE_TWO_ARGUMENT_VFS_GETNEWFSID defined
in include/config.h, and why did they succeed (look in config.log) ?

HAVE_KERNEL_VFS_GETNEWFSID should be defined but not
HAVE_TWO_ARGUMENT_VFS_GETNEWFSID.
