"CONFIG_FILES=milko/Makefile CONFIG_HEADERS= ./config.status" in the build
tree (and the same for missing subdirectories) (if you run (t)csh you might
want to add ``env'' first).
Please note that milko code is quite old and none-working. Working code
will be written when time permits.
