Please note that babble.citi.umich.edu != 141.211.128.99 as stated in
the default CellServDB file.
Is babble (141.211.92.144) your AFSDB host ? (So we can fix it in arla's
CellServDB). Babble is 141.211.92.144 in tramsarc's CellServDB.
Ever considered getting a AFSDB record for your afscell ? (Since you have
that for your DFSCell :)
