With my patch reading files from AFS works well on all Linux kernels from
v2.6.3x to v4.5.
To test Arla you typically install Arla 0.90 (because arlad in CVS is
works in progress) but you apply my patch to get the latest nnpfs.
Writing files to AFS has some old bug from between 2.6.22 and 2.6.24, I
will look in to it when I find the time.
