Hi all,
time for a new arla release.
Arla 0.41 and 0.42 allow any local user to change cache size. This can be
used by unprivileged users to fill the partition on that Arla's cache
resides on, or to set cache size so low that AFS cannot be accessed. There
are no known workarounds other than upgrading to 0.43 or patching Arla.
Changes in release 0.43:
* Access control for `fs setcacheparms'
* Support OpenBSD 3.9
* Support 64-bit files on 32-bit systems
* Better support for linux/amd64
* Arlad now binds to random port if the default is busy
* Other fixes
