I believe I have found a bug which causes arla to forget to delete a file
in the cache when it has been deleted on the filesystem. When I run pine
with a clean, fresh cache, it works, but when I run it with a cache
directory full, It has an error writeing the lock file. If you already
know of this, then please tell me.
