Hello,
today I tried several times to access the Arla page
http://www.stacken.kth.se/project/arla/
Unfortunately it was impossible. As far as I could see it's a problem of
the WWW server. I spoke HTTP myself (using the telnet client) and tried to
fetch the root document. But the server didn't send any HTTP reply.
tcpdump showed that the TCP connection was OK, i.e. TCP replies were sent
by the server.
