I've been unable to reproduce this problem.  Could you send the
complete traceback and also the value of `h->ptr'?  This would
probably indicate that there's a memory allocation problem somewhere.
Can you try running with electric fence, libmalloc or some similar
tool and see if it has anything to say about potential memory
allocation problems?
