The names of the cache-files have been changed (to use two levels, as
you may have noticed) so if you had cache files from before that you
would have to remove them (or just start arlad with -z).  This should
probably have been mentioned somewhere more prominent that the small
note in NEWS and the code should have been able to detect that it
didn't have the new kind of cache files.
