Giving it the full stars only on the fact that the food/soup is legit Korean- in central Texas, Waco no less! ....Nice service. Only oddity is no credit... I drive through Marlin frequently to visit family in west Texas and Marlin is the half way point in the drive. We make a point to stop in at The Chicken... Cry baby burger is amazing!!!!!! My mom had the chicken fried chicken and she said it was the best she had ever had. My aunt had the blacked chicken tacos... For such a small town in Iowa, this restaurant offers a great food and bar menu selection. They had a very nice selection of bourbon of all levels including... We eat here for breakfast as often as we can find the time. Great family place. Reasonably priced, home cooked food. It is a very dark bar and restaurant since there are no or very little windows in the place, but the food was decent quality. And for a date night, the low... We were out from California to see Nauvoo Il. and staying in Keokuk IA. Saw this place listed on Yelp and thought we would try it. This is truly a dive... This is the place I've been waiting for!....Beer from Colorado (Left Hand Brewing Company and Boulder Beer...) wine from California and Washington (14 Hands... I'm a generally picky consumer, so I can't understand how this place has only 2.5 stars. This was my first time in and I really enjoyed it. I was in town... Looking at the other reviews, almost all the negative ones come from out of towners. It's hilarious and telling all at the same time. ....The telling part is... We had a family reunion in 2006 and placed a huge order with KFC for one of our meals. The manager was very nice and threw in a few freebies for ordering...
