This place is AMAZING. I'm not vegan, but had to give up dairy for a year when my daughter (who has a milk allergy) was an infant. I was continually... We were in the mood for Mexican, but didnt want to drive to Rio to get some. I work in Rio, so the idea of going back to the same place on my weekend wasnt... So good! Be warned, this isn't really a place to sit and eat. There are a few tables, but I'd imagine it would be awkward to sit around a bunch of people... I came here for take-out after a bus ride back from New York City. The restaurant is massive! Plenty of seating...except that there were only about 3-4... I like this location. The food is great! But parking can be a bit challenging on weekends. I can't find any reason to give this place less then 5 stars, well maybe that big dip when entering the gravel parking lot but that's outside so I won't be...
