LOVE THIS PLACE- the staff is absolutely attentive and personable- the food is fresh - seafood is shipped daily from the Santa Monica pier- veggies are... Located pretty far off from the busy parts of downtown, Yellow Belly is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Santa Barbara. It has a nice outdoor seating... If you want something fresh , quick and easy to grab go here!....Service is excellent and the sushi is super fresh.....Stopped here on my way home from..San... this is the best place to get chicken at in santa barbara Every bit if 5 stars...would give more if possible. ....The place is on State street off the tourist strip so that's Plus #1. ....We learned all the desserts,... A definite Santa Barbara jewel! This has been one of the best combination plates I've eaten at any mexican restaurant. I ordered theTampiquena special... You will not catch me dead eating blue cheese but boyyy do I tell you, that Gorgonzola Pear salad is absolutely delectable!!! It is theeee one and only... I live right down the road from the Live Oak Cafe and I never knew it existed since it's at the Best Western.....Honestly probably one of the best tasting... So, the duck wraps and spicy Bloody Mary is freaking awesome. I love the style - old, original feel of this restaurant. Feels like it was meant to be.... A lovely dinner out! The grilled Caesar salad was delicious. Perfectly prepared salmon with squash and fingerling sweet potatoes. We will come here again!! Always a good place for a nice dinner and drinks.
