Clean restaurant, good prices, huge potions, good tasting, great service. This venerable Hendersonville eatery never fails. The food is always good -... We happened to find this place driving by after the first 2 restaurants we went to were closed at 2:00 in the afternoon. ....Great service and delicious food.... Well what a pleasure and an honor to have a crack at the 50th review of this particular location of papas and beer. I only mention that because in my short... Picked up dinner Togo for my son and I. We ordered the Jumbo Shrimp Japanese dinner and the Filet Mignon Japanese dinner which came with salad, fried rice... Hard to choose on my first visit... Did I want today's special club? The Italian with cappicola? A salad?....Got a delicious Cubano, a lovely craft beer... My family visited on a drive through North Carolina. Had the chicken fried steak sandwich....SO GOOD! ....A must try!... After a long day on the road, we got off I26 and decided to stop in here...big mistake. We ordered the roasted chicken bits dinner; just awful. Cole slaw... I wasn't the worst food in the world.......I'm honestly not exactly sure what happened. All my veggies looked weird... I don't know if they got nuked with the... *insert fist pumping here* *and now I high five random people in downtown DeKalb*....That's what a good meal will do to people. Eating naturally makes your... In the words of Austin Powers, \"Yeah, baby!!!\" This place doesn't skimp on flavor, food or friendly service. ....We ordered take out. I got the Curry Fried... Loved everything! The atmosphere, though a bit loud, was cute and intimate.....The drink menu is actually on an iPad which, though interesting, caused us to... one of the few good spots in the Dirty D. Stiff drinks, Hawks games, pool, darts, and no frat boys. Best higher end restaurant in Dekalb County. We've been here 6 times. Always a wonderful meal. Can't go wrong. Grabbed an early dinner here with my husband and three kids after the Spring NIU football game. ..We sat in the bar at a high top (wish we could have turned... They're only open a few hours a day and only make so much food - if you're lucky enough to get an order in and you like fried chicken, you will be happy.... This is our go-to Mexican restaurant. I get that it's not authentic but what ever.....My go-to foods are:..Beef tacos..Rice..Refried beans....Everything is... Great find in DeKalb. Food is great, prices reasonable. But the best part is the friendly service. Their family treats you like family. An experience...
