First and foremost, Wow!!! ..So what do I talk about first:..Staff, Service, Food, Atmosphere?..Staff: You start off by with the wonderfully charismatic Laura... It is a very sexy place with a great atmosphere. The lighting was perfect and the overall look and decor of the place... The wife and I went to Blaze this past Saturday night for the first time. We got a seat right near the brick oven which was welcome with the single-digit... The owner of this place is witty, likes to tease, and is extremely friendly. ....As a first time customer, she challenged me to try the drunken chicken... good place for thai food in this town of Bangor... Catfish and shrimp were fantastic! Fried perfectly. If you're in the area a must stop!! Finally got to have dinner here. Restaurant is only open M-F for lunch and on special occasions. It's in a beautifully redone house in Pell City. ....There... Sadly they have closed and are no longer in business. I am really going to miss this place!! Food is no different that any other KFC only thing is the building and interior is extremely old and layered with grease it seems. Definitely needs a... If you had a granny from Alabama this is what she'd feed you. Not fancy, but good! I had the grilled Tilapia (2 nice sized filets seasoned, very...
