Brak and I took a cheaper route for dinner but made sure to come for breakfast during a recent overnight at La Posada. The food was really remarkable.....I... We drove cross country moving from CA to MO. We stopped in Holbrook for the night just to stay at the Wigwam Motel. The town is very small and many... Fast service. Great authentic Mexican food. Clean and bright interior. ..I had the shredded beef. It was moist and flavorful. We will be back. Trappers has the best pie I have ever had in my life. I would recommend it for that reason alone. The coconut cream is my favorite. But any flavor will do.... I have been here twice now. Eva is so warm and friendly. Her food is fabulous. Not to mention the food comes out super fast!! The first time I had cheese... I enjoy a good chile relleno. Here at Romo's I learned I'd only ever made it to \"good\" up 'til today. Turns out I LOVE great chile rellenos. The chile's...
