Had lunch all eight in group enjoyed there selections. There was a bit of a mix up with our order, the manager (Cricket) more than made up for it. Free... This is quite simply some of the best fried chicken you will ever eat. It's in a very out of the way (for me) location on Highway 190 near Port Barre. And... Everytime and I mean every...single...time I visit this friendly restaurant I enjoy my experience. The people here make you feel right at home.....The pork... I've eaten here many times before coming from out of town. Food not bad and the service is okay. But after today I won't be coming back. Observe the manager... Excellent food with a great New Orleans style atmosphere. The shrimp \u0026 grits are great. The Zydeco shrimp is similar to bang bang shrimp but better. Heard about the buffet, then found out it was only offered on Fridays and Saturdays, we only had Tuesday through Thursday in this area, so we went anyway... Came for a late lunch, only a handful of people in the place.....Service 3/5 Arrived around 2pm, had to wait and look around for a host, was seated in the... Went into Dockside for the first time this evening. After a long day at work and going for a run, cooking was not an option. We ended up in Port Royal at...
