on a freight train headed northwest from Washington. A former FBI photographer

who was arrested in Pennsylvania several days after the shooting, told investigators
his car was stolen from him at gunpoint the same day as

Dias Kadyrbayev, were detained last month on immigration charges. They were
arrested on federal criminal charges of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Robel Phillipos, 19, was also arrested and charged with willfully making
materially false statements to federal law enforcement officials during
a terrorism investigation.Questions about Tazhayakov's immigration status
came up Wednesday during an immigration hearing in Boston when a jud

to 65,000 under-5 deaths in all other industrial countries in the world,
a combined population of 990 million, according to Chris Hillbruner, a senior
food security adviser at FEWS NET, a famine warning agency.The Associated
Press earlier reported Monday on the overall findings of the report.
