Feb. 23, 2013: Chris Kelly of Kris Kross performs on stage at
the Fox Theatre in Atlanta during the So So Def 20th Anniversary
Concert.APATLANTA Chris Kelly, half of the 1990s kid rap duo Kris
Kross who made one of the decade's most memorable songs with the
frenetic "Jump," has died, and authorities say they are investigating his
death as a possible drug overdose.Investigator Betty Honey of the Fulton
County Medical Examiner's office said the 34-year-old Kelly was pronounced
dead around 5 p.m. Wednesday at the south campus of the Atlanta
Medical Center.Cpl. Kay Lester of the Fulton County police said "it appears
it may have been a possible drug overdose."An official cause of death
is pending an autopsy.Kelly, known as "Mac Daddy," and Chris Smith, known
as "Daddy Mac," were introduced to the music world in 1992 by
music producer and rapper Jermaine Dupri after he discovered the pair in
an Atlanta mall. The duo wore their clothes backwards as a gimmick,
but they won over fans with their raps.Their first, and by far
most successful song, was "Jump." The hit, off their multiplatinum 1992
debut album "Totally Krossed Out," featured the two trading versus and rapping
the refrain, the song's title. The duo had surprising maturity in their
rap delivery, though the song was written by Dupri. It would become
a No. 1 smash in the United States and globally, and one
of the most popular of that year.Their success led to instant fame:

the intelligence wasn't clear enough to be certain that the regime has
crossed President Barack Obama's announced "red line" of definite chemical
weapons use that he said would have "enormous consequences" for Assad's
government. Some senior leaders, including Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman
of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, are skeptical about the wisdom of
providing arms to such a broad and complex mix of opposition groups.
But officials say there is a growing realization that, under increasing
pressure from Congress and other allied nations, the U.S. might soon have
to do more for the Free Syrian Army. The two-year civil war has
left an estimated 70,000 people dead and hundreds of thousands of refugees.High-level
meetings on the latest developments in the issue have been going on
all week, including one between Dempsey and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel,
who just returned from the Mideast.According to a U.S. official and a
U.N. diplomat, intelligence agencies are looking into allegations that chemical
weapons were used in Syria after the two March 19 attacks that
U.S., British, French and Qatari officials have referred to. They provided
no details on the new alleged attacks. This emerging shift within the administration
comes even as Assad a

<p style="font-size:xx-small;"> mum security prison in New Jersey before plotting the escape.Three
members of the group who were visiting Chesimard ordered a corrections officer
at gunpoint to open three gates that eventually led out of the
prison. They escaped in a jail van.Police say Chesimard was taken to
a safe house in East Orange, N.J., where she hid for five
years. In 1984 she surfaced in Cuba, where she was granted political
asylum. On the 40th anniversary of Foerster's killing, the FBI announced
that Chesimard has been placed on the FBI's "Most Wanted Terrorist List."
She is the first female to be placed on the list."She was
a leader, activist and a soldier in the movement," Ford said of
Chesimard's involvement in the Black Liberation Army, adding that authorities
believe she has made connections over the years with other terrorist networks.Col.
Rick Fuentes, superintendent of the New Jersey State Police, who spoke alongside
Ford, said Chesimard continues to live safely in Cuba, where she "flaunts
her freedom in the face of this horrific crime.""To this day, from
her safe haven in Cuba, she been given the pulpit to preach
and profess," Fuentes said. "She has been used by the Castro regime
to greet foreign delegations visiting Cuba."Jeffrey S. Chiesa, New Jersey's
Attorney General, announced that the reward for Chesimard's capture has
been doubled to $2 million."Justice has no expiration date ... This killer
continues to be free," Chiesa said, adding that the F
dded that Kadyrbayev assisted authorities in
their investigation."He is just as shocked and horrified by the violence
that took place in Boston as the rest of the community is,"
Stahl said. "He did not have anything to do with it."Prior to
the latest development, authorities had named only the brothers as suspects
in the bombing at the finish line of the world-famous race.Kadyrbayev and
Tazhayakov face maximum sentences of five years in prison and fines of
$250,000. Phillipos, a U.S. citizen, faces a maximum sentence of eight years
in prison and a $250,000 fine.Kadyrbayev's attorney, Robert Stahl, says
his client will be transported to the federal courthouse later Wednesday
to appear on new criminal charges. On Friday, Yerlan Kubashev with the
Consulate General for Kazakhstan in New York confirmed in a statement to
Fox News that the consulate is helping the young men with legal
representation. Both Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov will plea not guilty, according
to their attorneys.Kubashev said the two men are "shocked at the bombings,"
and "they express sorrow to the bombing victims and their families."Dzhokhar
Tsarnaev, 19, is in a prison hospital after being wounded in the
shootout with police as he and his brother made their getaway attempt.
He is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction to kill,
a crime that carries a potential death sentence.Authorities have searched
