A Pennsylvania man will soon stand trial for raiding asecret stash of
historic hooch, a100-proof-plus cache of pre-Prohibition whiskey valued
by one expert at more than $100,000.John Saunders allegedly belted back
50-or-so of the 104 total bottles Old Farm Pure Rye Whiskey that
were, until recently, surreptitiously stowed behind a stairwell leading
to his Scottdale, Pa., basement apartment.Saunders, who, according to his
former landlord, was supposed to safeguard the whiskey, denies having touched
the spirits.However, court-ordered genetic samples furnished by Saunders
matched the whiskeys unique profile, according to WTAE 4, which first reported
the story.The 62-year-old was subsequently charged by authorities with felony

on the run after a 4-year-old boy died Sunday of a gunshot

Sedro-Woolley police are treating the shooting as a homicide.Police believe
25-year-old Trevor Braymiller is armed and dangerous. Braymiller is a convicted
felon and is not allowed to have firearms.Police responded to calls of
a child shot early Sunday. Early reports said the child shot himself.Lt.
Lin Tucker says Braymiller was a father figure to the child, although
not his biological father.The boy was transported to Skagit Valley Hospital
and was pronounced dead.Tucker says the house where the shooting occurred

Broun, R-Ga., said, "We never did see a
repeal and replace bill last time," referring to the 2011-2012 two-year
term that followed the Republican landslide. "I hope we can this time,
and I'll keep fighting for it."Broun, running for the Senate from Georgia
in 2014 as a conservatives' conservative, has drafted legislation of his
own that relies on a series of tax breaks and regulatory changes
such as permitting insurance companies to sell coverage across state lines
to expand access to health care.Other Republicans are at work on different
