So, last I checked, the current SIPB site met most or all of the
requirements for a pTLA including the "soak time".
I set it up because I wanted to play with IPv6 and found it much
easier to get 6bone tunnels on behalf of "MIT"..
I haven't attempted to get a pTLA yet due to severe lack of time on my
part. If you've got time/energy/resources, and are willing to help
run the pTLA on behalf of MIT and the "MIT community" rather than just
LCS, we might be able to pull something together..
