After the email I got from the network admin for the 3ROX network, I
decided to email netmanager@harvard.edu to inquire about IPv6 on the
NoX. Here is his reply.

This group is promoting IPv6 use in the US and has a Boston node. They
may do tunnels. The Northern Crossroads is using IPv6, but only native
IPv6 connections to member institutions.
