Here's my response from the 3ROX network guy (concerning reaching
192.88.99.1 from MITnet failing). I've already responded to him and will
let you all know what his follow-up is.

Jared,
I'm trying to track down why the Internet2 6to4 relay router here at
3ROX isn't working as expected. What is the address of a host on
which you are trying to bring up 6to4? I have to ask a more basic
question, too--I was under the impression that NOX is doing native
IPv6. Why not go that route instead of 6to4?
Michael
