That's a restricted machine, and AFAICT from
http://db.debian.org/machines.cgi Debian doesn't have any others at
ISC, so I can't test from the other direction this time.  From what I
gather, Greg may be able to run a trace from ftp.netbsd.org, which is
hosted there and likewise unreachable from MIT.
