Yes, that's correct. That's SIPB's IPv6 service. We have permission from
IS&T to use AS3 to advertise our prefix.

MIT does not currently route IPv6 natively anywhere on its network.
Everything is just tunnels.

MIT is currently working on getting a real IPv6 prefix. It's tricky
because of our tenuous state of IPv4 resources (18/8). ARIN wants us to
sign a contract that ~gives up our rights to 18/8.

Yeah, I think more than just NLR goes through NYC. I think we peer at 111
8th Avenue? I don't know what providers are there.
