hey my little family
but the main thing i love about this picture is tree cover you can see in t=
he upper right corner thats how it was all around the block even on really =
hot days you could find a great place to play in some serious shade everyon=
e had a huge tree or trees somewhere on their property and bushes and ivy a=
nd a great variety of things the only reason we had those young trees on th=
e corner was because my mom sold our big palm tree to some palm springs lan=
dscapers ha

me um we didnt have computers in our homes then

well just as we were making preparations to get moving grant was granted th=
at job he wanted right here in utah i guess were staying put (sorry shellie=
i wanted to live by you and drive to see ray and the beach on weekends rea=

and as ive been laying in my misery ive been thinking a lot about that penn=
y and just how lonely id be if she wasnt there with me=20
breakfast i always have two eggs and salsa always i dont really get sick of=
it and it would really stink if i did because theres not a lot out there f=
or breakfast actually when you are at your ideal weight and ovulating regul=
arly you can have any kind of whole grain hot cereal without a problem you =
know steel cut oats etc i am not quite there yet berries and grapes are pre=
tty low on the glycemic index and i have those too oh and i love cottage ch=
eese with fruit
ten months after we were married i was a stay at home mom living the studen=
t life again while grant went back to school a few months later another unp=
lanned event- my mom passed away suddenly=20
and i cheat like alot well usually i ease up on weekends but i feel so crap=
py and bloated again that i cant wait to start eating right on monday but i=
have kind of had to tell myself this is just the new lifestyle and if i wa=
nt to indulge every now and again im going to cause id rather die than not =
be able to have some chips and guac or a slice of cake every now and again =
so if i eat like this 90% of the time then ive noticed that my body or the =
scale doesnt mind if i wander in my choices a bit the other 10% exercising =
everyday helps with this too i feel like its a great trade off- feeling gre=
at and a regular period for a little self control
