project 31 is rolling along i have donations for every single item i need f=
or the 31 newborn kits and lots of fabric donations and i will sew until th=
ere are 31 baby quilts too thank you SO much i was overwhelmed by the aweso=
me response packages are starting to arrive i will be sure to post some pic=
tures when i get it all together and ready to take to the humanitarian cent=
er my heart is happy
one more thought about best friends
plan to be surprised
and that made me think of all the insomniatic nights that she stayed up wit=
h me and mirrored my every move and snuggled me right out of my anxiety int=
o dreamland long after grant and cate had drifted off
we gave the universe one out- if grant found a job he loved before springti=
me wed stay put even though we wanted to go to cali really bad and even tho=
ugh grant had been looking for a different job for a long time
dinner i kind of snack or have a lunch type meal again dinner is tricky bec=
ause i still need to prepare dinner for my family so i do but im not super =
hungry at night so i just eat whatever broccoli a little of what theyre hav=
ing or snacky stuff or chicken wings or crispy thin crust pizza but i alway=
s end the day with a low carb ice cream bar
one thing i enjoy about facebook is the old pictures that friends and fam u=
pload to walk down memory lane together with you=20
i really really need my bedroom to be simple and uncluttered and white for =
calming purposes you know what i mean
confession i miss saved by the bell
i remember that too it was really fun i hope it gets warm again real soon i=
cant wait to go to the park again with you two love mom

i had a really tumultuous teenager-hood i was a happy and smart little kid =
it was surprising when so much angst welled up inside me=20

i know some people dont love the whole valentines thing but it is so fun to=
me i dont care if the greeting card company made it up- any day where i ge=
t to be pretty treated with sweetness have a declicious dinner and some rom=
ance is right on in my book
ten months after we were married i was a stay at home mom living the studen=
t life again while grant went back to school a few months later another unp=
lanned event- my mom passed away suddenly=20
and the dishes she cleans for me i dont even have to rinse before putting t=
hings in the dishwasher anymore and how warm she keeps my toesies while im =
sitting at the desk working on the computer who needs slippers it seems her=
only desire in life is to be close to us and all she asks for is an occasi=
onal pet and some food and water truly my lowest maintenance friend
