what im listening to this morningagain
all day the kids hung out at that corner played on that grass got drinks ou=
t of that hose went through the secret passage way in the juniper bushes an=
d only left the area to go around the block over and over again sometimes i=
t was on bikes with banana seats sometimes roller skates sometimes big whee=
ls sometimes walking even occasionally on skateboards with cardboard boxes =
on them (our cars)=20
cause that would make me happy
the girl loves a project i mean LOVES it was like so fun to her to print th=
em off plan how she wanted to present them go to the store for candy sign a=
nd put them together she just bossed me around and made sure i tied the str=
ing right=20
isnt life surprising i was laying awake thinking last night about how diffe=
rent my life has gone then what i thought (in a good way)=20
(but honestly i dont snack alot when you eat so much protein you dont get h=
ungry as often through the day)
at 18 i planned to live the tahoe hippie life forever one day i felt compel=
led i knew it i just had to leave i packed up my car and moved to the centr=
al coast=20
when cate is too scared to go downstairs penny will go with her and everyth=
ing is all right she lets cate dress her up for weddings or try to ride her=
or pull her by the tail almost daily and even knowing the torture she will=
soon endure she gets so excited when cate gets home from school
i remember that too it was really fun i hope it gets warm again real soon i=
cant wait to go to the park again with you two love mom
i know some people dont love the whole valentines thing but it is so fun to=
me i dont care if the greeting card company made it up- any day where i ge=
t to be pretty treated with sweetness have a declicious dinner and some rom=
ance is right on in my book
seriously though my closest friends are fun real and honest good entertaini=
ng in love with life a little crazy down to earth deep and incapable of bs
let me preface this by saying that there is no one size fits all eating pla=
n for someone with hormonal issues for some women cysts irregular cycles la=
ck of ovulation and too much testosterone and its effects are directly rela=
ted to bad insulin regulation in their body for these women they may be abl=
e to restore better regularity with avoiding blood sugar spikes by not eati=
ng carbohydrates therefore eliminating the insulin problem that is why so m=
any women can conceive with metformin or glucophage because these medicines=
work at that level=20
dinner i kind of snack or have a lunch type meal again dinner is tricky bec=
ause i still need to prepare dinner for my family so i do but im not super =
hungry at night so i just eat whatever broccoli a little of what theyre hav=
ing or snacky stuff or chicken wings or crispy thin crust pizza but i alway=
s end the day with a low carb ice cream bar
this week i am getting all my ducks in a row so that this weekend i can hol=
e up and sew myself some desperately needed skirts for church and summer=20
all kits are shipped phew
but the pattern is still available
i thought id live there forever one day when i was 12 my dad quit his job a=
nd we moved to lake tahoe it rocked my stable world=20
we lived on a corner in a typical oc tract neighborhood=20
i have been laying in bed sick since monday it seems to be getting worse by=
the day not better i am so irritated and antsy i miss my family and i want=
to clean my house=20
well just as we were making preparations to get moving grant was granted th=
at job he wanted right here in utah i guess were staying put (sorry shellie=
i wanted to live by you and drive to see ray and the beach on weekends rea=
l bad)
