how have you been surprised what can i say
but i couldnt stop looking at the picture because it shows the place where =
i played for the first 12 years of my life=20
dear anne shirley its been a long time since i last wrote but i need your a=
dvice i am planning a primary activity for this spring since our theme for =
the year is my eternal family and we like to have our activities point the =
children to what they are learning i thought it might be nice if we have a =
picnic on or near the grounds of the mt timpanogos temple and let them bask=
in the beauty of that place and reflect on the importance of their own ete=
rnal family
i thought id live there forever one day when i was 12 my dad quit his job a=
nd we moved to lake tahoe it rocked my stable world=20
and as ive been laying in my misery ive been thinking a lot about that penn=
y and just how lonely id be if she wasnt there with me=20
where are neighborhoods like that anymore with bushes big enough to hide in=
and kids that go around the block together all afternoon and normal sized =
houses and the old winkfields next door ok i dont need the winkfields but i=
d sure love to give my kids the rest
i am determined
when cate is too scared to go downstairs penny will go with her and everyth=
ing is all right she lets cate dress her up for weddings or try to ride her=
or pull her by the tail almost daily and even knowing the torture she will=
soon endure she gets so excited when cate gets home from school
Quilt kits finally all done
it makes me too happy drawers full of yarn too glorious
and the dishes she cleans for me i dont even have to rinse before putting t=
hings in the dishwasher anymore and how warm she keeps my toesies while im =
sitting at the desk working on the computer who needs slippers it seems her=
only desire in life is to be close to us and all she asks for is an occasi=
onal pet and some food and water truly my lowest maintenance friend

ok its hard to stop i love every song
i know some people dont love the whole valentines thing but it is so fun to=
me i dont care if the greeting card company made it up- any day where i ge=
t to be pretty treated with sweetness have a declicious dinner and some rom=
ance is right on in my book
i have been laying in bed sick since monday it seems to be getting worse by=
the day not better i am so irritated and antsy i miss my family and i want=
to clean my house=20
feeling so inspired
and i cheat like alot well usually i ease up on weekends but i feel so crap=
py and bloated again that i cant wait to start eating right on monday but i=
have kind of had to tell myself this is just the new lifestyle and if i wa=
nt to indulge every now and again im going to cause id rather die than not =
be able to have some chips and guac or a slice of cake every now and again =
so if i eat like this 90% of the time then ive noticed that my body or the =
scale doesnt mind if i wander in my choices a bit the other 10% exercising =
everyday helps with this too i feel like its a great trade off- feeling gre=
at and a regular period for a little self control
