let me preface this by saying that there is no one size fits all eating pla=
n for someone with hormonal issues for some women cysts irregular cycles la=
ck of ovulation and too much testosterone and its effects are directly rela=
ted to bad insulin regulation in their body for these women they may be abl=
e to restore better regularity with avoiding blood sugar spikes by not eati=
ng carbohydrates therefore eliminating the insulin problem that is why so m=

i went to the fabric store tonight in search of prints to make some new spr=
ing scarves with some will probably end up in the shop too i just love this=
look also i love toast (the catalog and the cooked bread)
and then i found myself a mother funny i thought id teach awhile longer and=
have grant all to myself and save some money=20
ten months after we were married i was a stay at home mom living the studen=
t life again while grant went back to school a few months later another unp=
lanned event- my mom passed away suddenly=20
it made me happy
i was born in orange county where my parents had lived in the same house fo=
r like 20 years they had both lived in so cal all their lives=20
grant and i listened and danced to his music on valentines day=20
im loving babies & mamas sunshine happy rooms and cool colors
i know some people dont love the whole valentines thing but it is so fun to=
me i dont care if the greeting card company made it up- any day where i ge=
t to be pretty treated with sweetness have a declicious dinner and some rom=
ance is right on in my book
remember how i was so proud that my room was clean and i was knitting well =
i still am=20
dinner i kind of snack or have a lunch type meal again dinner is tricky bec=
ause i still need to prepare dinner for my family so i do but im not super =
hungry at night so i just eat whatever broccoli a little of what theyre hav=
ing or snacky stuff or chicken wings or crispy thin crust pizza but i alway=
s end the day with a low carb ice cream bar
when cate is too scared to go downstairs penny will go with her and everyth=
ing is all right she lets cate dress her up for weddings or try to ride her=
or pull her by the tail almost daily and even knowing the torture she will=
soon endure she gets so excited when cate gets home from school
what an adventure it is
i got a lot emails about what i eat and how it effects pcos- so i hope you =
