do you have to be obsessed with yarn and needles and hooks like i am to thi=
nk that is the most inviting little space youve ever seen=20
but i couldnt stop looking at the picture because it shows the place where =
i played for the first 12 years of my life=20
i am given glimpses of the why and the good and the reasons and the plan th=
e bigger picture and the necessity for some to not fit the mold

my problem dear anne is that it is 2009 kids dont like to get all fussied u=
p anymore and i dont think they would go to the trouble of making up storie=
s about lost broaches to be able to go to a silly church picnic in my mind =
the little girls are wearing spring dresses and holding parasols with their=
gloved hands while the boys are eating biscuits and drinking homemade root=
beer with their hats and suspenders on but i live in a dreamland where i wa=
nt everything stylized i know you understand me anne
ok its hard to stop i love every song
hard to find only a little ive met some truly kindred spirits in my life so=
far especially my two nicoles (well coco i not so much met as i was born t=
o the same parents) i love them girls and their cute purses
it transported me back in time to simpler sunnier days and its been making =
really happy to stare at today
what do you look for in a best friend
i think they are so cute i love her litte handwriting and she is beyond exc=
ited to pass them out some other projects she and i looked at but didnt get=
around to (of course) from martha (of course)
just a phone call one night she had an aneurysm and although this was a sur=
prise of the worst kind it was the most spiritual time of my life much good=
and understanding has come through that loss
grant and i talked last fall about wanting to take control and own a home a=
nd make some of our dreams a reality so we planned to move back to californ=
ia for some opportunities there=20
i have been laying in bed sick since monday it seems to be getting worse by=
the day not better i am so irritated and antsy i miss my family and i want=
to clean my house=20
i know some people dont love the whole valentines thing but it is so fun to=
me i dont care if the greeting card company made it up- any day where i ge=
t to be pretty treated with sweetness have a declicious dinner and some rom=
ance is right on in my book

the girl loves a project i mean LOVES it was like so fun to her to print th=
em off plan how she wanted to present them go to the store for candy sign a=
nd put them together she just bossed me around and made sure i tied the str=

but let me tell you thats not how it will really go i imagine most kids wil=
l want to stay home and play computer games but their moms will make them c=
ome and so theyll grudgingly put on a some church pants and skirts so i was=
wondering if you could help me know how to bring the romance back into our=
modern life its not really that important no matter the dress or the menu =
we just want the kids to come to feel the spirit of the temple but its like=
you said anne when you dont use your imagination to make life beautiful ho=
w much you miss
snacks NUTS i would die without nuts i love roasted almonds cashews peanuts=
i also love those roasted edamame they taste like nuts even though theyre =
not and nuts taste really good with a few slices of swiss cheese also deli =
meat slices celery with peanut butter on it a few whole grain crackers with=
cheese beef jerky sugar free snack packs stuffed mushrooms hard boiled egg=
s string cheese protein bars crudites and more NUTS=20

bout the old buggie he rebuilt in the 80s=20
i have never been an animal person i swore id never have a dog who wants to=
pick up poop not me but somehow in my baby hungry weakness i was convinced=
to relent by the other two mccalebs who said they desperately needed a pup=
py fine whatever just take care of her and pick up the poop
