It looks like this might be something OCCAID can look into. I've
submitted a ticket with them. packages.debian.org is reachable from
their usbos01 site but not from their usqas01 site (checked using
http://www.sixxs.net/tools/traceroute/), so this isn't just because of
our setup. I'll let you all know what they see.
I'm planning on transitioning the static routes to ripng at some point,
just haven't gotten a moment for it yet...
