She was the top Polish performer at the Junior Championships and helped the team finish eighth place out of 18 participating nations. Rosiak competed at the Slovenian championships a few days later and won a gold medal. She won the 1994 Polish championship in the slalom, giant slalom, parallel slalom and finished as runner-up in the combined event. Later that year, at the World Cup, she missed out on the finals in the parallel slalom by a half-second.
At the end of the 1994–95 World Cup season, Rosiak was ranked the fourth-best female snowboarder in the world in combined, with Michelle Taggart taking first place.
