perl5 locker reorganization

I've just completed a reorganization and update of the perl5 locker
(aka /afs/athena/contrib/perl5). It now has a current build of perl
5.004_4, along with some useful unbundled modules, built and installed
for the supported Athena platforms (sgi_53, sgi_63, sun4x_55,
i386_linux2, i386_nbsd1). This has the additional side effect of
fixing a nasty configuration problem that existed with the 5.003
installation which prevented Socket.pm from working properly.
The modules currently installed in the perl5 locker for perl 5.004
are:

IO-stringy-1.105
libnet-1.0605
libwww-perl-5.19
MailTools-1.11
MIME-Base64-2.05
MIME-tools-4.113
Tk402.004
Note that the IO module has moved into the perl core, so that's still
available.
