Apache under Windows checks the shebang line and if it's not valid emits
a not-terribly-informative "The system cannot find the path specified.
: couldn't spawn child process: ..." message. I spent a very
frustrating afternoon a week or two back debugging this one.

Is perl able to find the IP and MAC address of the machine where the script
is at?
It is basically ipconfig /all in windows, but I hope to find a way to run
native to perl, and cross platform.
I looked Net::, none of the packages seems to do this

My current laptop has two MAC addresses (wireless and ethernet) and at LEAST
three IP addresses (not including IPv6.) What exactly do you mean by "the IP
and MAC address"?

I haven't looked at individual hits but

looked as if it might help with MAC address part.
