"Didn't work" is a useless problem description. It requires someone else
to spend time installing the module and seeing what "didn't work". If

So, it looks like you also need Params::Validate to be able to use
WWW::Yahoo::Groups.
C:\opt> ppm install params-validate
It does not look like any other non-standard modules are needed by
WWW::Yahoo::Groups.

I don't know if there is a ppd for this module WWW::Yahoo::Groups.

The traditional way is to lurk for a few days, reading all the posts and
responses to get a sense of how the group works.
In this group, the task is made easier by the existence of the posting
guidelines, and extremely good documentation that comes with Perl.
