I created system.linux.usrandrew on rosebud2:/vicepc, replicated (but
not yet released) on rosebud2:/vicepc so that it's normally read-only.
(You'll get the read-write volume until the volume is released; after
that, you'll need to use /afs/.sipb/system/i386_linux1/usr/andrew to
write to it.) It has a quota of 100MB and is writable by
system:linux-dev.
This is so Erik Nygren can try building Andrew for Linux and have a
place to put it.
