The permissions on:

-rw------- root/root     66564 May 15 19:16 1994 usr/athena/lib/mh/sbboards
-rw------- root/root     46084 May 15 19:16 1994 usr/athena/lib/mh/spop

in the mhlib package seem wrong.  Also, I doubt that all of the
manpages should be owned by ghudson.
