That's annoying.
It looks like they just ripped it out of Xaw and put it in with the
xclock code. So you should just be able to grab a couple of files,
add them to the makefile and be all set.

I've done this for R5; a little bit of work was required. Poke around
under /afs/dev/user/cfields/xdm/xdm.sgi.
