This is not so much a bug as a nasty side-effect of the way the
dialups work. We need to make a change to the Kerberos libraries and
re-link /usr/athena/bin/telnet in order to fix this; hopefully, I'll
get around to it in the next few days.
Let me login to a linux machine where /usr/athena/config has the right
imake config and where /usr/athena/etc/synctree exists, and I'll build
it today.
